Tree Trimming in Mantorville

Mantorville is the Dodge County seat and one of the best-preserved historic small towns in Minnesota, with a downtown listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Most of the original townsite dates to the 1850s-1870s, and the limestone buildings and old-growth trees along Broadway give it a distinctive character. Residential properties in town have very large, mature trees that require experienced hands to work around historic structures. It's a small community but one where tree work has to be done carefully.

Rochester gets real winters. Ice storms hit the Southeast Heights and Folwell neighborhoods hard, and silver maple branches — which snap faster than most people expect — end up on roofs, fences, and power lines. A lot of the trees in this area were planted in the 1960s and 1970s when those neighborhoods were built, which means they're big now and overdue for attention. Ignoring overgrown or cracked limbs doesn't save money. It usually means a bigger cleanup bill later, or a call to your insurance company.
